In the opened TecTool, open the settings window via the Zanhrad symbol.

Now click on "Debug mode" in the drop-down menu.

image As soon as this is active, please adjust the error image and then deactivate the debug mode again.

You will now find the log file under "C:\Users\\Documents\TecTool\TT_Debug-XXXXXXXXXX_XXXXXX".

Now send us this file, together with a detailed error description.
